The Holy Metropolis of Pisidia, under the auspices of His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, in collaboration with Corpus International Association is organizing an international scientific conference entitled “Restarting from Nicaea: The Importance of the Incarnation in Contemporary Theology” in Antalya on May 6 and 7, 2025. The conference commemorates the 1700th anniversary of the First Ecumenical Council of Nicaea (325), which, with its Creed, made faith in the divino-humanity of Jesus of Nazareth clear forever. The aim of the conference is to revitalize, in the spirit of the Holy Fathers of Nicaea, the mission of theologians in the Church in the context of today’s civilization.
The conference will be broadcast on the Metropolis YouTube channel.
